Dr Peter Carter, head of the Royal College of Nursing thinks it would be a good idea to give drug addicts free heroin!!! Is he off his head, what is he thinking you might as well say lets give murderers guns ''THE MUPPET'' does he not think that this country is in a bad enough state with drug problems without adding to them. He also says that it would reduce crime I say that's a load of crap, It would create more crime, it would create more addicts and more drug related crime.This so called Dr Peter Carter should get a reallity check, its people like him that give this country a bad name..

ReplyDeleteThe good doctor clearly had some argument which has not been adequately represented to make a judgement call.
Maybe he was referring to projects in Europe where they do give addicts free heroin, because it has proven less harmful and addictive as the accepted substitute, Methodone.
Good impassioned stuff which should provoke a response one way or the other.
